White cloth spine with five simulated raised bands. Blue Fabiano paper boards with Shaw's device stamped in dark blue just above the middle of the front cover. Top edge trimmed, other edges untrimmed.
"G. Arnold Shaw issued a small folder to publicize 'Visions and Revisions.' It was an 8 1/2 x 11 inch sheet folded into a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 quarto pamphlet. The front cover contained the title and a description of 'Visions and Revisions,' a photographic portrait of John Cowper Powys and the publisher's address. The inner two pages contained the publisher's statement. The folder opens to its full extent revealing three columns and reprinting a complete article - two editorials anent John Cowper Powys and a review of 'The War and Culture'. ...--Cf. Thomas.
