The Bulletin was established in 1893 to furnish means of communication between members of the Gray Memorial Botanical Chapter of the Agassiz Association, whose organ it continued to be through Mar. 1897. At first issued privately, it was opened to general subscription Jan. 1895, as a quarterly, and in 1896 as a bi-monthly publication.
