Message from the President of the United States transmitting a report of the Secretary of the Treasury made in obedience to a resolution of the House of Representatives, of the 29th ultimo, requesting a statement of the cases in which counsel has been employed to assist the Attorney General prosecuting causes in the Supreme Court of the United States : the amount of property in dispute in each case, the names of the counsel so employed, the period of employing them, and the compensation granted in each case.
