Response to the Archbishop's letter of 5th July last to the trustees of the Roman Catholic congregatioon of Norfolk concerning lay-trusteeship. The author affirms the superiority of temporal authorities to spiritual and , specifically, the rights of the lay trustees of the church in Norfolk over those of the pastor appointed by the Archbishop.
