Early American sheet music ca. 1800-ca. 1860, many with illustrated title-page, collected by Edward Iungerich Keffer, D.D.S. (Univ. of Penn., 1883), 1862-1933, Philadelphia, bequeathed to the Musical Fund Society 1933, deeded by the Society to the University of Pennyslvania 1993.
Ten manuscript scores originally part of this collection were separated from the collection to form Ms. Coll. 126, under the title Keffer Collection of Music Manuscripts.
