This was issued as a souvenir of the Indiana Society of Chicago's annual dinner in December 1910.
Boards are covered with marbled 'fabrikoid' of green, red and gold. Title stamped in black on a rectangular gilt-stamped panel on front cover. Endpapers are marbled green, red and gold. Some copies have the owner's name gilt-stamped at lower right of front cover.
