Now know ye, that we John Treadwell [and seven others] being the committee named ... having formed sundry contracts with divers persons for the sale of said lands ... quit to the said [blank] ... all right, title and interest ... In testimony whereof, we have hereunto set our hands and seals the second day of September, Anno Domini one thousand seven hundred and ninety-five.
