Abstract of the prepared state, in the process of sale, brought at the instance of Sir Gilbert Elliot of Minto, Baronet, and others, tutors tutors nominate by the deceased Captain Charles Congalton, some time of Congalton, thereafter of Craigton, to William Congalton, his eldest lawful son, against the nearest of kin to the said pupil, and also the creditors of his said deceased father.
