An address to the members of Parliament [electronic resource] : upon the necessity of passing an act to confine the proprietors of stage carriages, and the porters to inns, to certain rates for the carriage and porterage of goods: Likewise, a proposal for having commissioners appointed to superintend them; and to establish one General Warehouse for the Reception of all Unclaimed Parcels that might be left at the different Inns in this Metropolis.
