Script: Written in a cursive script by a single hand.
Decoration: Numerous geometrical diagrams (f. 70r to end).
Watermark: Pitcher with a tiara topped with a quatrefoil and crescent.
Binding: Contemporary parchment; several leaves loose or detached.
Origin: Written between 1644 and 1646, possibly in Aberdeen (f. 60r).
Incipit of first work: Corpus humanum potest dividi vel ratione finis vel ratione ... (f. 1r).
A page of densely layered notes (f. 129v) includes phrases in English and the dates 1609 and 1636; notes on another page (f. 130v) refer to Scotland.
