(Rahir M.45, p. 451) is that of Adriaen Moetjens of The Hague, and is identical to the one Moetjens used on the "Nouvelle édition revue et corrigée" of this work (Rahir 2756). Pages 158, 227, 325, and 354, which were incorrectly numbered in Moetjens's "Nouvelle édition" are here correctly numbered.
