Discusses geomantic figures and their interpretation, with illustrations showing arrangements of geomantic dots. The second work in the codex, Tractus de nativitate, briefly describes 12 human personality types according to the month of birth, proceeding from January to December, with a zodiac sign given in association with each month.

Binding: Contemporary parchment (Zacour-Hirsch), with two clasps.
Origin: Written in Germany in the second half of the 17th century (Zacour-Hirsch).
The first work may correspond to Fludd's Tractatus de geomantia published in the compendium entitled Fasciculus geomanticus, in 1687 (Zacour-Hirsch).
