James Heseltine, Esquire, procurator general for our sovereign lord the King, on behalf of our said Sovereign Lord the King, also on behalf of Samuel Marshall, Esquire, commander of His Majesty's Ship of War the Flora, and Sir James Wallace, Knight, commander of His Majesty's ship of war the warrior, the captors, Appellant Thomas Campbell, the claimant of the said ship and her general cargo, on behalf and as the property of himself, John Ball, Daniel Jennings, William Woddrop, and Charles Hagart, all Danish subjects; and also the claimant of a certain privileged adventure, as the propery of the said Richard March the master, also a Danish subject respondent.
