Nec muto d[o]minum An. m d xvij.") dated 1517 of Beatus Rhenanus at head of title leaf (slightly damaged due to cropping of leaves); partially illegible early ms. gift inscription ("Ex dono Joannis Fabri[?] D.D. Doctoris ofycialis[?] [...]ensis") in Rhenanus's hand(?) at foot of title leaf.
