Shelving in Patent Office. Letter from the Secretary of the Interior, transmitting copy of a letter from the Commissioner of Patents calling attention to the fact that the appropriation for wooden shelving for storage of patents in the General Land Office Building can not be used because that building has been assigned to the use of the War Department, and recommending that the law be amended so as to provide for the expenditure of such sum in the Patent Office Building.
