Culture Class Collection copy has armorial bookplate: "Syston Park" for the "Syston Park Library" collected by Sir John Thorold, 1734-1815 (9th baronet. ) and his son John Hayford Thorold, 1773-1831(10th baronet.) underneath which is monogram label "J H T", presumably that of John Hayford Thorold.
