The State Department wants Ethel Barrymore to represent the American theater at an arts exposition in Paris, but a beleaguered bureaucrat mismails Miss Barrymore's invitation to Miss Ethel "Dynamite" Jackson. She's a very blonde, very brassy chorus girl, who proves to be dynamite on the New York to Paris ocean crossing.
