The speech of Sr George Pudsey Kt. at the time of his being sworn Recorder of the city of Oxford in the Council-chamber of the same city, on Tuesday the eighth day of January 1683/4 where they agreed to the sealing the instrument sent by his Majesty / order'd by Act of Council, the Sir George Pudsey Knight, be desired to print his speech.
