Colophon: iti saṃkalpa // harināṛāyaṇa // mahāsaṃkalpasaṃpūrṇaṃ // (f. 11r). Mistakes blacked out; some corrections and additions in margins; vertical margins marked with double black line. Scribe is Kāśīnātha Bhaṭā, the son of Śivarāma Bhaṭā and the grandson of Būbukadharmā Bhaṭā (f. 11r).
Rājiliṅga Bhaṭā may have owned and/or commissioned the manuscript and appears to be from Rāmaḍugu, a town in the Indian state of Telegana (f. 11r).
