- Small red leather ledger book comprising the recipes of Louisa Bull dated 1834. The volume contains chiefly culinary recipes for items such as puddings, cakes, meats, and marmalades. There are a few medicinal remedies for ailments such as rheumatism and burns. There are household formulas for cleaning fabrics and other items. Some toiletry recipes for are also included. "Miss Louisa Bull, 1 November 1834, Receipt book" is written on inside front cover. Many pages are blank throughout the volume and the cover is detached.
