Title from colophon (f. 18v); alternate title Guruviṣayatāvāda from note in margin (f. 1r). Written in 9-13 lines per leaf. 18 leaves foliated 1-18, upper left and lower right verso. Colophon: iti śrīgadādharabhaṭṭācāryakṛtaguruviṣayatāvādārthaḥ samāpti magamat // śrīrāma (f. 18v). Mistakes blacked out; some corrections and additions in margins. Watermarks, possibly part of a coat of arms.
