Addresses levels of deficit reduction if the BCA automatic cuts are implemented as under current law, and contrasts that with alternative proposals offered by Members of Congress and President Obama. Discusses specific determinations made by OMB regarding the exempt/non-exempt status of certain programs, and examines information to be disclosed regarding FY2013 BCA sequester impact.
