An act for continuing the duties upon malt, mum, cyder, and perry, in that part of Great Britain called England, and for granting to his majesty certain duties upon malt, mum, cyder, and perry, in that part of Great Britain called Scotland, for the service of the year one thousand seven hundred and forty [1739, i.e 1740] An act for the better supply of mariners and seamen to serve in his Each act has special dated title leaf within border of double rules with title noting the king's regnal year and the date and session of Parliament, woodcut vignette (arms of George II of Great Britain), and imprint; caption title on the following leaf describing the content of the act.
