Entertainment was provided by Ed Sullivan, Tony Marvin, and 'Guest Artists' including Connie Francis, The Limelighters and Frankie Thirteen.

- ACIM was founded in 1951 to assist refugees. It worked to reform the Refugee Relief Act of 1953 and aided migrants in settling inches The ACIM also played an important role in lobbying Congress for the Immigration Reform Bill of 1965.
