A true copy of the paper at large, left by Mrs. Deborah Churchill, : which she deliver'd at the place of execution to a friend of hers, to be made publick after her death, for the benefit of all young women, to take warning by her fatal end, together with her last prayer at the place of execution, and an account of her own birth, education, and manner of life for some years past: the substance or part of which, is related by Mr. Lorrain ordinary of Newgate, in his dying speech.
