Proposals for a national bank : setting forth how three millions of pounds may be raised for the support of the charge of the war. How the mint may be supplied with three millions of gold and silver coin. How the present clipp'd mony may be exchanged without any farther loss to the nation. How the cash of the nation may be increased six millions of pounds in eight months time. How the expence of the war abroad, may be supplied without draining us of our cash.
