This is a manuscript fragment from a biblical codex, with a single column of text surviving; originally, the folios were likely laid out in four columns, with Masoretic text framing the margins on the upper and lower margins. The text begins with Numbers XVIII:12, "כל חלב יצהר" and is lost after verse 19, "אשר ירימו בני ישראל ליהוה"; the Masoretic text survives above the column, from Numbers XVI:22, "על פניהם יפקוד יי' אלהי הרוחת כל פטר רחם". The original folio should have been large enough to accommodate at least two chapters of text on a single folio side. Parchment darkened and creased; verso dark (outlines of a similar layout visible). Lower right edge rounded, cutting into text column; item likely survived as binding waste.
